Our good friend and fellow LTB member Graham Jones has working his socks off to get us into a pub in Manchester, I just received this email tonight. The Victria Inn is about a 5 minute walk to City of Manchester ground.

Hi Ricky

VICTORIA INN

Croft St
Clayton
Manchester
M11 4RQ

There will be about 130 in total as some lads from Scottish & Newcastle's offices  in South Gyle & Livingston will be there ...................... but the pub's LTB's for the day and will remain shut to anyone else......if thats what you want. The pub is no great shakes from the outside but its neat and tidy on the inside and Jason's not a bad lad (his full time job is as a taxi driver)

For those wanting to go to the fanzone I spoke to Jason this pm and Albert Sq is approx 25-30 minute walk or there are buses galore to the city centre or Jason would arrange taxis . there is room for 2 coaches to park and at the time you arrive + with the activity in the city cntre there shouldn't be any cops to disturb the journey. I'm going to send, to your house directions, of best way to get there as the most direct route will take you straight into a massive traffic jam

I've told Jason you might give him a ring if some of the guys want something a bit different, but the good thing you won't be fleeced by paying silly prices for beer  eg about £2.50 for Fosters, £2.20 for Miller GD, £2.20 for John Smiths Smooth etc. He's also going to do free sausages & mash for the boys.

I'm away from Saturday morning till Tues taking some customers to Barca v Real Mallorca but if you think of anything just text me
